Looks great! Hopefully the ease of submission will encourage more people to do so, and to fill out the entire survey.

If someone only checks one of the boxes, do they get a "Required Field Left Blank" message?

That can go either way. Some of the fields won't be required (e.g. the Revise and Resubmit Verdict) because we wouldn't want someone picking an option there unless they had a revise and resubmit.

So most of the fields are optional and can be left blank.

However, any of the questions can be made a requirement.

Just a heads up. I posted all of the journals from the Wiki over the weekend, and it seems to be going really well so far.

People are actually filling out the surveys, and the data is piling up fast.

Check out how many people have submitted surveys to journals like Analysis, Phil Review, Phil Quarterly...Here's hoping that this solves the problem of people not submitting data.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
